  If you want to feel like you are on vacation, there are other places that will accommodate way better! Pool keys don’t work and when I called they said “it would take too long and I will need to come to them to have it fixed”. For dinner, it took 45 minutes for someone to even come ask if we would like waters. Stayed here plenty times and unfortunately it has gone down. I take better care of myself at home and my pool is always unlocked. Very rude.

  The manager or whatever she is deserves to be fired (Rachel) is her name! Worst person to be working there. I booked a room online and she said there was no reservation made. So I made another one over the phone with her... I show up a month later (this week) and she says no reservations and that she doesn’t remember me at all... long story short she put me in a very downgraded room, and charged me the same price!!!!! Floor was dirty beds had stains!!!!! She also treats her workers awful I saw how she told one worker to make themselves useful and that they were worthless and that she would fire them! Rachel you need to be fired!!!!! I’m an attorney and I know what you can and can’t say to your workers. Awful fake smiling person
